We are located in "Top Town" off Crest Forest in our quaint town of Crestline Ca. Providing a one of a kind experience learning the craft of pottery/ceramics and being surrounded by the beautiful mountain community. Walking distance from Lake Gregory, we give you the opportunity to purchase hand made pottery, as well as providing lessons and workshops for a hands on, one on one experience.

All ceramic items in the show room for purchase at LAKE MUD POTTERY are hand made and fired locally in Crestline by Joseph Velazquez artist and owner. All items are food, oven, microwave and dishwasher safe (if product is intended for human consumption use).
We sell mainly functional pottery, meaning everything in our shop serves a purpose and is a quality product that you will use in your day to day lives. No molds or reproductions are made, so each piece is one of a kind and unique. We take pride in knowing what you purchased is going to be something that will last forever and bring you joy.
FULLY FUNCTIONAL POTTERY STUDIO.
We invite you to come in and get your hands dirty. Learn the craft while enjoying each others company and be within walking distance to the lake, shops and restaurants our small business community has to offer. Our studio accommodates every skill level, from that weekend warrior to the serious daily potter.

Looking to reduce your trash, save money and ditch plastic? In addition to our pottery we will be slowly introducing greener products to the store. Our eco friendly products will compliment our functional ceramics. So if your looking for a ceramic toothbrush holder we also carry bamboo toothbrushes! Stop on in and see what we have available!
